Describe a person who is a good leader Grace was the leader of my research team one year ago in the summer vacation. She was already a graduate from Yale University at that time while all the other members on the team were just freshmen in the college. We were so young, passionate and, of course,arrogant(自负的，proud) .We were notinclined（愿意，willing） to listen to her prerequisite（预备的） instructions in the coaching days because she seemed to be so amiable（亲和的，kind） and benevolent（宽大的） , embracing all the arrogant offense.However, when we finally need to do the research, we always made mistakes and we were be wildered（迷惑的，confused） about so many things. We screwed up everything in the first three days. Grace turned to be so serious and fierce,pointing out our mistakes discreetly and respectively with a fairly reproving and stern tone. We were so shameful for our irresponsible and conceited behaviors before. We embarked on（着手于） reviewing the materials and instructions humbly, trying to remedy our mistakes. We finally accomplishgratifying（令人满意的，satisfying） results. What made us adored and respected her more was that we got to know after the research that she was warned by the her boss that she might lose her job owing to our mistakes in the first three days.She had to pay for our meal and accommodation by herself because her boss refused to provide money to us until he recognized our results.
