河北经贸大学毕业论文 邯郸市低碳农业加速发展的对策研究 专业名称： 　 农村区域发展 班 级： 　 201001 学生姓名： 指导教师： 完成时间： 　 2014年5月 　　 摘要 十八届三中全会明确提出，要推进城镇化建设，加快生态文明制度建设。实现低碳农业是推进城镇化建设的必经之路，是生态文明得以实现的基本保证。建设美丽中国，加速发展低碳农业势在必行。近年来，邯郸市在发展低碳农业方面做了许多工作，但发展仍然缓慢。农民的低碳意识薄弱、农业现代化水平低、农业基础设施建设进程缓慢、自主创新能力不足、粗放式农业生产方式普遍等问题极大的阻碍了低碳农业的加速发展。本文从邯郸市低碳农业发展概况入手，了邯郸市近年来农业能耗、碳排放、污染物排放、碳汇情况的数据，对邯郸市加速发展低碳农业进行SWOT分析，从劣势和威胁中吸取经验和教训，利用邯郸市的优势和机会，采取相应之策，加速发展低碳生态农业，以促进邯郸市现代农业由高碳向低碳转型，最终实现生态文明。 关键词： 低碳农业；生态文明；SWOT分析； Abstract A decision was made at the third plenary session of the eighteenth central committee, promoting urbanization and accelerating the construction of ecological civilization system.
