安徽医科大学毕业论文 题 目： 浅析和谐社会视野下的农民工权利保护 院 系： 安徽医科大学人文社会科学学院 专 业： 法 学 学 号： *********** 姓 名： ******** 指导教师： ******** 2013年 月 日 浅析和谐社会视野下的农民工权利保护 摘要： 目前：我国已约有2.5亿农民工，他们用自己的汗水和泪水构筑了我们如今繁华的城市，为我国的经济的发展和和谐社会的构建做出了巨大的贡献。然而，由于受到户籍制度、自身文化素质、劳动技能以及政府的相关政策的制约，他们虽然付出了辛勤的汗水，却享受不到应有的回报,并且他们权利受侵害的情况也尤为严重。尽管农民工群体规模在日益壮大，然而他们却成了弱势群体，由其权利问题所引发的社会矛盾和冲突也不断的激化。如果这个问题得不到及时的解决，将可能直接妨害我国和谐社会的构建。因此赋予其应有的社会地位，依法保障其合法权益，不仅关系到国家的安全和社会的稳定，更关系到我国社会主义现代化建设战略目标的实现，是构建社会主义和谐社会的应有之义。 关键词：农民工 权利保护 弱势群体 和谐社会 Abstract: At present, our country has about 250 million migrant workers.,they build our city with their sweat and tears and for the development of our countrys economy and made great contribution to the construction of a harmonious society.However, due to the household registration system, its own cultural quality, labor skills, and the restriction of the governments policy,though they paid a hard sweat, but enjoy less than the reward,and theyre right infringement situation is particularly serious.Despite the scale of migrant workers in a growing, they become vulnerable groups, however, caused by its rights also constantly intensified social contradictions and conflict.If this problem is not timely solve, will hinder the construction of harmonious society of our country .Given its due status in society, therefore, protect their legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the law, not only relates to national security and social stability, more related to the implementation of Chinas socialist modernization strategic objectives, is building a harmonious socialist society.
