Objective： In order to regulate the packaging operation of our company, ensure the products can satisfy the requirement of environmental test; nsure the products without damage and scratch to meet the customer requirements during the transportation. Specially make this standard. Scope of application： Details： 3.1 3.1.1 Packaging of the mechanical parts for our production use A. All the mechanical parts that delivery to us must past the quality test. B. Must use the plastic bags or pearl cotton to protect every single part, in order to ensure that the product surface is non-destroyed and non-pollution. C. Between the parts, take some protective measures to prevent collision and extrusion of the parts during transportation. D. All the parts that delivery to us must be labeled clear, display in order, no delivery wrong material and mix material. E. Regarding some products with mirror effect, must be protected by plastic protective film. 3.1.2 Packaging of the mechanical components for our Trading projects A. All packaging standards of the mechanical components for our Trading projects must be consistent with the items in 3.1.1. B. The package weight of each carton can not be more than 20kg. (except for some specially specified products.） —94/62/EEC. Can not use PVC、EPS that have environmental pollutions to package. D. We should try to save the space during packaging, to improve product amount and reduce the transportation cost and storage space. (As the below picture shown) 四、 包装材料要求 4.1 纸箱 A包装纸箱的选择应根据实际的包装结构需求选择足够强度的材质，来满足产品在运输、搬运、储存等各种环境下不受到损坏；无特别强调时均使用空白纸箱，无需印刷字唛。 B 纸箱的各项技术要求需符合GB5033的相关规定。 4.2 包装胶纸 4.2.1 透明胶纸 A 透明胶纸规格为60mm±2mm;厚度：0.03~0.04mm。 B 透明胶纸的材质为OPP。 C 胶纸的初粘性应能粘住5号钢球。 4.2.2 牛皮胶纸（特别产品要求使用的） A 牛皮胶纸规格为60mm±2mm;厚度：0.12~0.13
