深圳市就业人口增长的灰色预测与分析1 张永领 摘 要： 根据深圳最新就业人口数据，运用灰色系统理论，探讨并选择了最优灰色GM(1,1)模型对深圳未来几年的就业人口进行灰色预测，并用灰色关联方法分析了深圳市新增就业人口与房屋竣工面积、住宅竣工面积、新增固定资产投资之间的相关关系。结果表明，在建立的灰色GM(1,1)模型群中，4维灰色GM(1,1)模型的预测精度最高，其结果也明显优于线形回归；未来几年内深圳市就业人口仍会有大幅度增长；房屋竣工面积、住宅竣工面积对新增就业人口的影响明显大于新增固定资产投资，并且当年的房屋竣工面积、住宅竣工面积、新增固定资产投资对新增就业人口的影响明显高于上一年。 关键词： 深圳；就业人口；GM(1,1)；灰色关联 Forecast and Analysis to the Increase of Employed Population in Shenzhen City by the Gray Method Zhang Yongling Abstract: Based on update data on employment, this paper applies grey method to discuss and select the optmized GM（1,1） to predict the employed population in the coming years in ShenZhen. The grey correlation metmod is applied to analyze the relationship between the newly employed, the comploted building area, completed housing area and newly-increased fixed asset investment. The result showes that the forecasting precision of 4-dimension grey GM(1,1) model is the highest in of the grey GM(1,1) models, and the result of 4-dimension grey GM(1,1) model is also better than that of the linear regression method; the employed population will be increased in the coming years; and the influence of the completed building area, the completed housing area to the increase of employment is bigger than newly-increascd fixed asset investment. And the influence of completed building area, the completed housing area and the newly-increased fixed asset investment to the increase of the employed population this year is obviously higher than that of the last year. Keywords: Shenzhen; employed population; GM (1,1); gray connection; increase 1 引 言 在过去的近30年中，深圳市的常住人口由1979年的32.35万人增加到2006年的846.43万人，从业人口也由1979年的13.95万人增加到2006年的647.52万人，而2006年深圳户籍人口数仅为196.83万人。可见深圳是一座典型的移民城市，外来务工人员在数量上远远大于户籍人口，他们成为深圳建设的主力军,推动了特区经济和社会的迅速发展。 深圳市就业人口的迅猛增加受诸多因素影响，有些因素不可以量化，如政策因素等，但是，就业人口的增加首先必须满足两个客观条件，也就是必须为新增就业人员提供更多的生活和生产空间，因此本文选择了3个客观指标即全市基本建设投资、房屋竣工面积和住宅竣工面积，通过灰色关联方法来探讨这3个因素对深圳就业人口增加的影响程度，并用灰色GM(1,1)模型来预测未来几年深圳市就业人口数量。 灰色系统理论是我国学者邓聚龙1982年创立的，之后被广泛用于环境、经济、地
