With the rapid development of information technology, traditional classroom of students’ innovative ability training exist some difficult to implement, and therefore, the study on information technology teaching how to cultivate the innovation ability of students is one of the problems in the education researchers widespread concern and research. Based on this background, this paper briefly expounds the current mode of information technology teaching and the existing problems, and from the aspects of information technology teaching in the cultivation of students’ innovative ability. It is expected that the education workers in the future will be able to cultivate the innovation ability of the students in the information technology teaching.
