对上市公司股利分配方式、政策研究 ——以国有企业改制上市公司为例 摘要：股利分配是关系到多方收益的一种分配策略，合理的股利分配有不仅利于上市公司的稳定和投资者的获益，更有助于完善我国市场经济，促进国民经济的发展。本文以国内上市公司为研究对象，通过五个部分，主要对国内上市公司的股利分配情况进行分析，针对现存的股利分配产生的弊端，提出了相关的建议，不仅涉及到产生问题的外部原因，更对内因进行讨论。建议也从外部规定和内部完善两个方面进行探讨，以期对我国上市公司股利分配的完善具有促进作用。 关键词：股利分配 政策 建议 Thestudy of Chinese listed companies dividend distribution way and its policy ------the example of the innovating government listed companies Abstract:the dividend distribution is a kind of distribution way which has the relationship with many directions benefits.The reasonal dividend distribution policy
