本设计是黔南州某综合楼给排水及热水系统设计，设 设 计 总 说 明 本设计是黔南州某综合楼给排水及热水系统设计，设计的主要内容包括：给水系统、排水系统、屋面雨水系统和热水系统四个部分。 本工程为高层综合楼，建筑高度为57. 0米，共十四层，地下一层为车库，地上十三层为宾馆客房和办公用房。 建筑以城市给水管网作为水源，建筑东侧龙山大道上有一根DN150的市政管网，供水水压为0.35MP，市政管网不允许直接抽水。经技术经济比较，给水系统采用分区供水方式，一至三层为低区，由市政管网直接供水。四层到十三层为高区，采用变频泵给水。 排水系统采用的是污、废分流制，底层单独排水。污水经化粪池处理后排入城市管网集中送至城区集中污水处理厂，市政排水干管DN400，管底埋深2.5~3.0m。 雨水系统采用外排水系统，设雨水斗和立管，雨水斗采用重力流雨水斗。 该建筑的功能决定了其对热水供应的要求很高，所以采用集中全天热水供应系统，冷水通过半容积式加热器采用机械循环系统加热后，经热水管网送到个用水点，为保证任何时刻均达到设计水温，设计采用半容积式加热器。 关键词：建筑给水系统，排水系统，热水系统，雨水系统 注：本设计来源于生产实际。 Introduction of design This design is a complex building Qiannan drainage and hot water system design, the design of the main contents include: four parts of water supply systems, drainage systems, roof drainage systems and water heating systems.
