For multiple control pages, enter page number (page __ of ___). 填写控制计划内部编号，对于有多页的控制计划，还需用页码：第几页 共几页标识 Component Name 零件名称 Enter the name and description of the material, component or system being produced. 原材料、零部件或系统的名称或描述 Date (Orig.) 日期（首次） Enter the date that the original Control Plan was issued. 首次发布日期 Date (Rev.) 日期（最新版本）） Enter the date of the latest Control Plan update. 最后更改日期 Component Number / Revision Number 零件号/版本号 Enter the number of the material, component or system being controlled. When applicable, enter the latest engineering change number and/or issue date from the drawing or specification. 填写所控制的原材料、零部件、系统的编号（图号）。如可行的，可填写最新更改的工程版本号和图纸，技术规范公布日期。 Supplier/Plant 供应商/工厂 Enter the name of the company and the plant producing the material, component or system. 供应商/厂家的名称 ABB Engineering Approval/Date ABB批准/日期 Obtain the responsible engineering approval (if required by ABB). 如ABB有规定要求，需得到ABB相关人员的批准 Component / Process Number 零件/过程编号 Please refer to your Process Flow Chart.
