研究生毕业论文 小学高年级学困生成因及转化策略 学生姓名：梁茹雪 指导教师：李文英　教授 答辩日期：2012年6月 摘　　要 小学五、六年级的学生正是从少年向青年过渡阶段，这一阶段被称为小学高年级，在这五阶段学生从生理、心理到认知方法都处于关键性的转折点。学困生如果不能在这个阶段的转化成功，必然会给高一级的学府增加负担，也许会影响学生的一生。笔者对小学高年级学困生进行了调查问卷，对回收的问卷进行了分析和研究，从中了解了小学高年级学困生的现状及形成原因。针对这些现状和原因，教师进行了大量的转化方面的研究和尝试，取得了一定的成效。笔者认为从心理学的角度，研究学困生，研究强化、注意、知觉、人格、自我意识、同伴关系等，并找到一些适合各种学困生转化的方法和策略，指导自己今后的教学工作。 关键词：小学高年级；学困生；原因；转化 ABSTRACT Primary school students in grade five and six just from young to youth transition phase ,this phase is called the elementary school higher grades ,In the five stages the students from the physical, psychological to cognitive method are in critical turning point .If not in this tough question which every phase transformation of success ,Will give high burden the next level of their education ,maybe it will affect the students life .The author of the elementary school higher grades the tough question which every questionnaire ,for recovery of questionnaire analysis and research and learned about the present situation of the tough question which every elementary and the reasons. According to the present situation and reason, the teacher did a lot of research and try to conversion and have achieved some results. The author thinks that from the Angle of psychology, the tough question which every, the strengthening, attention, perception, personality, self awareness, peer relationship, and find some suitable for all kinds of tough question which every method and strategy of transformation, guiding the rest of his teaching work.
