施工索赔原因分析及其处理原则研究 摘要：在建设项目管理过程中，施工阶段是项目投资额最大、管理最复杂，能否实现项目管理目标的关键环节，业主如何做好施工阶段的索赔预防和处理工作将直接关系到工程项目管理目标的实现。本文主要分析了施工索赔产生的原因及其处理原则，研究的内容主要包括：（1）国内外关于施工索赔方面的研究现状以及本文的研究目的；（2）从不同角度论述了施工索赔的分类和施工索赔产生的原因，为后文论述工期索赔和费用索赔提供了基础；（3）分别讨论了工期索赔和费用索赔的产生的各种原因及计算方法，并指出两者之间存在一定的可替换关系，并利用案例对相关结论进行了验证。 关键词：索赔 施工索赔 索赔原因 索赔原因分析 The reasons for construction claims analysis and principles study Abstract: In the course of construction project management, construction phase of the project the largest amount of investment, management, the most complex, can achieve the goal of project management the key to the owner how to do a good job in the construction phase of the prevention and management of claims will be directly related to project management goals.
