无锡空港口岸鼠类的调查研究 顾海俊 曹晓蕴 秋雯 黄玮 丁均 无锡出入境检验检疫局（无锡 214000） 摘要 目的 调查无锡空港口岸鼠类及寄生虫种群结构和季节动态变化。方法 从2013年12月～2014年11月采用ELTON夹夜法，对无锡硕放国际机场口岸鼠类及寄生虫种群的构成、密度及季节消长情况进行了调查。结果 捕获鼠类共31只，分别隶属于3属3种，无锡空港口岸全年平均鼠密度0.95%，小家鼠和褐家鼠为优势种群，7月份鼠密度最高为2.36%，12月份最低为0.35%。本次鼠体寄生虫监测共发现鼠体携带的蚤类2只、螨类3只。 结论 无锡空港口岸鼠密度较低，应定期开展系统性的鼠类本底调查，并根据口岸鼠类种群、密度的变化规律，有针对性地加强控制工作，防止病媒传染病的发生。 关键词 鼠 密度 季节消长 The investigation of rats at wuxi airport port Gu Haijun, Cao Xiaoyun, Qiu wen, Huang Wei, Ding Jun Wuxi entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau（WuXi,214000） Abstract Objective This article explores the population distribution and seasonal fluctuation of rats and their ectoparasites at Wuxi airport. Methods The night trapping method is used to systemically monitor the species composition and seasonal density fluctuation of rodents and ectoparasites at Wuxi airport from December 2013 to November 2014. Results Totally 31 rodents are captured, belonging to 3 species 3 genus, and the average annual density is 0.95%. The mice and brown rats are the dominate specie, the density of rodents in July as high as 2.36%, minimum 0.35% in December. 2 Siphonapteras and 3 mites are found on rodents. Conclusion The rodents density of Wuxi airport port is low. To prevent vector infectious diseases, the background investigation of rats should be regularly carried out systematically, and strengthen control work according to the population and the change of the density of rodents.
