(2) Social problem is a non moral state which is contrary to the social moral expectations ，and is a non health status. 2、Social disorganization theory（解组论） （1） Social disorganization ：The Social norms and the original social system are failure，so that people’s contact becomes loose, and social orders becomes chaos. （2）Point of view：society is a organized system，social norms are his vindicator ，social problems appear because the strong social change caused by social relation loose and the original social norms’ failure . 3、Value Conflict Theory（价值冲突论） points of view：Society is not integrated（综合的）， and some different interest groups existent，which have their own values，when these values are disharmony, social problems will produce. 4、Deviant behavior theory（偏差行为论） behavior theory ：Violation and deviation from the behavior norms which are accepted by society Views ：① The society is integrated ② peopl
