低碳社区建设模式探讨——以天津市经济技术开发区康翠社区为例 CONSTRUCTION MODE OF LOW-CARBON COMMUNITIES—— BASED ON THE STUDY OF KANGCUI COMMUNITY IN TIANJIN ECONOMIC-TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT AREA 专　　　　业： 公共事业管理 姓　　　　名： 王佳雯 指导教师姓名： 申请学位级别： 学 士 论文提交日期： 2013年 6月13日 学位授予单位： 天津科技大学 摘 要 在全球气候变化这一大的背景之下，各国都已意识到经济发展所付出的代价，世界经济的发展趋势正逐渐转向低碳经济。节能减排和发展低碳经济的重要载体是低碳城市建设，必将引领未来城市建设的新趋势，而低碳社区建设即为低碳城市建设的落脚点，也是整个社会低碳建设的基石。本文试图以一个落成的社区为立足点，探索已经落成并且投入使用中的社区的低碳化建设，从一个全新的角度来考虑低碳社区建设而非仅仅局限于打造一个新的社区，从而使该课题具有一定的研究意义。 首先，本文通过对我国社区发展进程和低碳社区理念的分析，建立相应的理论框架。其次，本文借鉴国内外优秀低碳社区的实践案例，总结其低碳特征和经验启示，以此来分析我国低碳社区建设存在的问题和解决的对策。同时，研究天津低碳社区建设的现状和意义，尝试探索适合天津的低碳化社区建设路径。最后，本文以天津市经济技术开发区康翠社区为例，探讨康翠社区目前的低碳化建设取得的显著成效及存在的问题，从不同角色的职能分工角度提出低碳社区建设的模式。 关键词：低碳社区； 低碳理念； 建设模式 ABSTRACT Under the globalize background of climate change, countries have realized the price of the economic development. The development trend of the world economy is gradually shift to low-carbon economy. The important carrier of energy conservation and low-carbon economy is low-carbon urban construction, which will lead the new trend of the future urban construction. While low-carbon communities construction is the foothold of low-carbon urban construction and the cornerstone of the whole low-carbon society. The article attempts to study a used community and explore it’s low-carbon building. From a new point of view to consider the construction of low-carbon community rather than limited to build a new community, making the research has a certain significance. Firstly, through the analysis of the process of Chinese community development and low-carbon community concept, establishing the corresponding theoretical framework. Secondly, the article is based on the practice of domestic and foreign excellent low-carbon community, summarizing the characteristic and experience in order to analyze the problems and measures in the construction of Chinese low-carbon community.
