摘 要 本文主要介绍了分液器注塑模具的设计方法。首先分析了塑件的工艺特点，包括材料性能、成型特性与条件、结构工艺等，并选择流成型设备。本模具采用一模一腔，直浇口进料，注塑机选择SZ250/1250型号。并详细介绍了浇注系统、冷却系统、成型零件。然后用CAD和Pro/E绘制平面总装图和三维零件图。系统的运用明了的文字、示意图和计算分析塑件，做出合理的模具。 关键词：模具；塑件；CAD；Pro/E；浇注系统 Abstract This paper mainly introduces the design method of the injection mould for the liquid distributor. The process characteristics of the plastic parts are analyzed, including the material properties, the forming characteristics and the condition, the structure and the process, and so on. This mold uses one mold one cavity, the direct gate feeding, the injection
