题 目 PLC控制的装配线实验装置设计 学生姓名 ee 学号 ee 所在学院 机械工程系 专业班级 ee 指导教师 ee 完成地点 ee 2012年6月12 PLC控制的装配线实验装置设计 ee （ee） 指导教师：ee [摘要]随着社会快速发展，在竞争激烈的今天，为提高生产效率，降低生产工艺成本，企业生产自动化无疑扮演着重要的角色，装配流水线自动化成为工业自动化的重要组成部分。 本课题是针对教学用设计的一个PLC控制的装配线实验装置，该实验台具有上料、装配、检测、剔除四个工位，各个工位的驱动采用气压驱动，控制部分采用PLC控制。 全文在系统分析机械传动、气压传动、传感器、可编程控制器性能特点的基础上，对装配线模拟实验台的机械部分和控制部分的设计过程做了比较详细的介绍和说明。本课题的研究成果将对实验室设施建设以及我国自动化生产线改进起着积极的促进作用。 [关键词]PLC；装配线实验台；气压传动；机械手 Assembly line PLC controlled experimental design ee (ee) Tutor：ee Abstract:With the rapid development of society, in todays highly competitive, in order to improve production efficiency and reduce the cost of production technology, production automation will undoubtedly play an important role in automated assembly lines become an important part of industrial automation.
