科研信息管理系统 毕业论文 摘要 根据我校科研管理的特点，对我校科研信息管理系统的需求进行了分析，根据实际情况，提出了采用微软公司的ASP + SQL Server的解决方案，该方案采用B/S结构，客户端只要安装常用的Web浏览器，不需要再安装其它任何组件，就可以实现本系统的所有功能。本文探讨了该解决方案的需求分析、概要设计、详细设计、程序设计和测试的全过程。本系统在校园网对系统进行了测试，能够实现科研信息管理及相关的必要功能。具体能实现的功能有:科研信息公布、申请通过通知、用户密码设置、添加用户、用户设置、数据备份、数据恢复、添加科研信息、管理科研信息。使用本系统可以大大减轻科研人员及科研管理人员的工作负担，提高工作效率，降低办公费用。本系统的进一步研制开发对更大范围内实现更完善的科研项目动态管理具有一定的意义。 关键词：系统，项目，信息管理 Research Information Management System Computer Science and Technology 2005 Zou Sheng-yu Supervisor Liu Zhong-ping Abstract Based on the characteristics of the research management of our university, the analysis of the needs of research information management system and those actual situation, this paper resorts to the use of the Microsoft SQL Server + ASP resolution. In this program, the use of B/S structure makes it possible for the clients to use all the functions of the system without installing any other components except web browser. At the same time, this paper discusses the whole process of the solution to the requirement analysis, conceptual design, detailed design, program design and testing. On the campus network, this system has also been tested. And it turns out that the system can achieve research information management and its related functions. Some detailed functions can be achieved, for example research information announcement, information of application pass, password installing, users adding, users setting, data back-up, data restoring, research information adding, management of research information. The use of it can greatly reduce the burden of those research staff and research managers, improve the work efficiency and decrease office expenses as well. Besides, it’s of much significance to further develop this system, as it can improve the dynamic management of the scientific research in a wider scale.
