Ⅰ期原发性肝癌三维适形放疗的疗效评价和预后多因素分析 nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; 作者：张洪波，陈龙华，吴德华，曹小飞 【摘要】nbsp; 目的 评价三维适形放疗（3－dimensional conformal radiation therapy, 3DCRT）对Ⅰ期原发性肝癌治疗疗效及其影响预后的因素分析。方法 对41例Ⅰ期原发性肝癌患者行三维适形放疗，用kaplan－Meier统计累积生存率、COX回归模型对预后进行单、多因素分析。结果 1、2、3年累积生存率分别为95.1％、90.2％、80.5％。平均生存时间49.5月。中位生存时间56个月。治疗副反应轻微。多因素回归分析显示仅肿瘤数目对患者生存期的影响有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 三维适形放疗对Ⅰ期原发性肝癌患者的治疗是安全、有效的手段，肿瘤数目、肿瘤直径是影响预后的主要因素。 【关键词】nbsp; 原发性肝癌; 三维适形放疗; 疗效; 多因素分析 　　Therapeutic Effectsnbsp; Evaluationnbsp; ofnbsp; Threedimensionalnbsp; Conformalnbsp; Radiotherapy for StageⅠ Primary Hepatocellularnbsp; Carcinoma andnbsp; Multifactors Analysis ofnbsp; thenbsp; Prognosis 　　　Abstract：Objectivenbsp;nbsp; To evaluate the therapeutic effects of 3dimensional conformal radiationtherapy for small hepatocellular carcinoma and analyze the prognostic factors.
