基于社区认同的社区管理体制研究 摘 要 自20世纪90年代以来，随着城市化程度和人口流动性的提高，个人情感性社会支持网络逐渐从社区之内转移到了社区之外，居民对于其所居住的社区出现了认同危机。这些认同危机引发了我们对社区的许多思考ABSTRACT Since the 1990s, with urbanization and the increasing population mobility, personal affective social support networks gradually shifted from within the community to the outside. The community residents felt cognition crisis for their community. The crisis led us to many thinking for our community management system. The article based on different levels of community cognition, start from the study of community practice and its influencing factors, and analysis residents’ cognition toward their communities from the aspects of participation and satisfaction. Then provide reform and innovation strategies and recommendations inorder to elevate the community cognition. In this paper, for the gradually appeared social cognition crisis in our community management system in our country, we comprehensively use documentary analysis、 questionnaire and interview method , from the perspective of community cognition in the community-based organizations, community management, community services, community education, community supervision, and community functions to analyze the community management system, and proposed community management system reform and rebuild the views and proposals to establish a good social identity, strengthen social group cohesion, sense of belonging and sense of responsibility, establishing good social relationships system, and realizing society’s benign operation and harmonious development. KEY WORDS community cognition / community management system / community construction 第一章 导 言 第一节 问题的提出 二十世纪九十年代以来，我国城市社会发展发生了前所未有的几大变化：变化之一是随着单位人转为社会人，城市社区成为我国城市最重要的社会组织方式；变化之二是随着城市房地产业的兴起和住房商品化的进程，城市社会的空间结构，特别是居住空间结构变化急剧；变化之三是随着城市化进程的加快，流动人口大量涌入城市，同时城市内部的人口流动也日益增强。所有这些变化汇集到一起的结果，是使城市社会管理的难度、广度、复杂程度进一步加大。而这些变化最终的归结点都集中在城市社会组织管理在空间上的最小单元社区。 现阶段，我国正处于社会转型期，城市社区管理体制也正在发生转型，面临着新旧体制共处的局面，产生了体制性矛盾。由于旧有体制尚未完全退出历史的舞台，在实践
