四川大学网络教育学院 本科生(业余)毕业论文（设计） 题 目 如何做好工程现场监理事前控制 ——江南豪园住宅H标段工程 办学学院 四川大学网络教育学院 教学部（校内/校外） 专 业 工程管理 年 级 指导教师 学生姓名 学 号 200 年 月 日 如何做好工程现场监理事前控制 ——江南豪园住宅H标段工程 学生： 　　　　　　　　 指导教师： 摘 要 事前控制是建设工程监理控制的重要手段，是监理工作质量好坏与效率高低的标志之一，做好事前控制往往可取得事半功倍之效。在全过程、全方位的工程监理工作中，事前控制是关键性的环节，通过有效的预先防范，可以最大限度地避免不当建设行为的发生，有利于实现建筑工程投资效益的最大化。 在总结江南豪园住宅H标段工程的监理工作实践的基础上，本文首先对监理规划和监理细则的编制对于事前控制的重要性进行了探讨。工程质量是建设工程的生命，是企业发展的源泉，是监理工作的重中之重。在本文中对工程监理事前控制在工程质量中所起的重要作用进行了详细的阐述，最后对工程监理工作中控制工程进度、控制工程造价以及监理协调能力等事前控制的问题进行简单阐述，提出自己的见解。 关键词：工程监理 事前控制 监理规划 质量控制  How to control in advance the supervision of construction project on the scene effectively —— The Jiangnan Residence Section H project Student: Supervisor: Abstracts To control in advance is one of the important means to supervise and manage the construction project , will have a bearing on the quality and efficiency of supervision work. To control well before the event often gets twofold results with half the effort. In the entire proceeding and on every side of project inspection, to control forehand is a key link, by taking efficient precautions in advance, we might avoid inappropriate construction behavior to the utmost limit, it will be advantageous to produce the maximum of investment returns in the construction engineering. Based on the practice and summary of direct inspection work of the Jiangnan Residence Section H project, this thesis first inquire into the importance of the program of supervision planning and supervision’s detailed rules and regulations to control before the event. The engineering quality is the life of construction engineering, is the fountain of development of enterprises, is the most important factor of supervision work
