论国业环开 On the enterprise environmental information disclosure system of Legislation Improvement Abstract：Enterprise environmental information disclosure is an important means of for the protection of public environmental right to know, which is a new environmental management approach appears after following the mandatory control measures and economic instruments. The context of the era of democracy and the rule of law, open through legislative recognition and protection of corporate environmental information has become a world trend. In the enterprise environment information disclosure legislation, China has also made certain achievements these years. However, due to practical constraints, Chinas business environment information public still has problems and the legislature is facing severe challenges. Our country should learn from advanced experience of the Western developed countries, with the national situation, as quickly as possible to perfect our enterprise environmental information disclosure system.
