摘 要 本文主要论述了塑料防护罩塑模具设计，其中还简单介绍了设计注塑模时相关的技术、理论和方法。模具的设计是采用软件CAXA电子图板2013进行绘制的，绘制了模具装配图、侧滑块、推件板、定模板、动模板的零件图。文中详细分析了注塑模具的设计过程，设计步骤包括：阅读零件图，工艺分析，确定模具结构，结构设计计算，画装配图，参数校验；内容包括模具结构形式的确定、注塑机类型的选择、浇注系统的设计、导向与定位机构的设计、冷却水道的设计及成型尺寸的计算等。最后，通过Moldflow模拟分析软件对塑件最佳浇口位置、充填时间、熔接痕分布、压力和气穴分布等进行分析，预测产品在注塑过程中可能出现的问题。 关键词：注塑模具；防护罩；双分型面 Abstract This article discusses the plastic protective cover of plastic mold design, which also introduces the related technologies, theories and methods when designing injection molds.
