运筹学应用分析 摘要：运筹学起源于军事，发展于管理、经济，是一门非常有实际应用的学科。早在战国时期，有个流传后世的田忌赛马的故事我们是非常熟悉。田忌赛马的故事说明在已有的条件下，经过筹划、安排，选择一个最好的方案，就会取得最好的结果。可见，筹划安排是十分重要的，它不仅仅在一个比赛中有作用，还在市场营销、生产计划、库存管理、运输问题、物流管理等方面有着非常重要的作用。尤其是我们熟悉的运输问题，在这里面，如何选定一个最优解的运输方案，如何省时又省钱等，这些都能用到运筹学来解决。运用学科中的运筹学，它的基本特点是：定量化、模型化、最优化。 关键词：筹划；安排；运输问题；最优化；物流管理。 Application of operational research analysis Abstract: operational research originated in the military, in the development of management, economy, is a very practical subject.
