中原经济发展中区域经济协调发展的有效策略 　　[摘 要] 伴随全球化与区域经济一体化发展的不断深入，国际产业向发展中国家转移、东部地区产业向中西部地区转移的趋势不断加强，国家促进中部崛起战略加快实施，以河南为主体的中原地区工业化、城镇化、农业现代化进程加快推进，全省上下谋求发展的共识、服务全局的合力、攻坚克难的精神进一步增强，经济社会发展呈现出好的趋势、好的态势、好的气势。本文主要对区域经济的概况、中原经济发展中区域经济协调发展的影响因素、现状进行了分析，并提出了相应的策略。 　　[关键词] 中原经济发展;区域经济;协调发展;现状;策略;概况;核心区 　　[中图分类号] F127 [文献标识码] A 文章编号：1671-0037（2015）05-14-3 　　An Effective Strategy for Regional Economic Coordinated Development in Central Plains Economic Development 　　Zhao Qian 　　（Henan Institute of Scientific and Technological Development Strategies; Zhengzhou Henan 450003） 　　Abstract：With the deepening of globalization and the development of regional economic integration， there is an increasing tendency that international industries transfer to developing countries， eastern industries transfer to the central and western regions， countries promote and accelerate the implementation of mid-rise strategy， the progress of Central Plains region industrialization， urbanization and agricultural modernization with Henan Province as the main body is accelerated， to further enhance the consensus of the whole province to seek development， the force of serving the overall interests， and the spirit to tackle difficulties， economic and social development shows a good trend， a good situation， and a good momentum. This paper mainly analyzes the general situation of the regional economy， the influencing factors of regional economic coordinated development in the central plains economic development， and the status quo， and puts forward the corresponding strategies.. 　　Keywords：central plains economic development， regional economy， coordinated development， current situation， strategy， general situation， core area 　　河南是中华民族和华夏文明的重要发祥地之一，在中原经济发展中，应全面贯彻党的十八大和十八届三中、四中全会精神，学习贯彻习近平总书记系列重要讲话和调研指导河南工作时的重要讲话精神，认真落实国家决策部署，把改革创新、扩大开放贯穿于经济社会发展的各个领域各个环节。2014年，河南经济运行呈现总体平稳、小幅波动、缓中趋升等特点。预计2014年我省GDP增长8.7%，居民消费指数CPI上涨2%左右。区域经济是以一定地域为范围，与经济要素及其分布密切相关的区域发展实体。在中原经济发展中，如何实现区域经济协调发展，对河南省经济发展具有至关重要的作用。为此，在中原经济发展中，必须重视区域
