基于全面薪酬的知识型员工激励问题研究
摘 要
改革开放至今,经济发展欣欣向荣、不在朝夕,而提及经济,现代企业则有着举足轻重的地位。伴随经济发展,企业更是日新月异,从传统到现代的跃进,企业从规模、性质到目标、战略、管理等层面都有新的模样,然而,在现代企业中,人力资源管理至关重要,人力资源是根本,当代社会的竞争就是人才的竞争,尤其在当前这个知识经济时代中,知识型人才更是企业发展的中流砥柱,其发展在某种程度上来说直接决定了企业的未来发展,那么,我们对知识型人才的探讨就不言而喻了。透过当下企业中知识型员工的薪酬策略现状,我们清楚的了解如何把企业中知识型员工的积极性和主动性调动得更充分,如何留住现有的优秀人才以及吸引更多外在知识型员工进入企业,是现代企业为了长远健康发展而必须考虑和解决的问题。本文第一部分通过对知识型员工涵义的深入理解,在前人界定的知识型员工的定义上把握好其内涵,以便于将其与一般普通型员工区分开来;第二部分将通过对现代企业知识型员工激励所存在的问题进行分析,发现企业在激励知识型员工这部分工作上的不足和缺陷,才能对症下药;第三部分会对知识型员工的激励因素进行分析,重在明确影响其激励的因素,这将更有利于我们激励决策的制定和实施;最后一部分,我们对比传统薪酬激励与全面薪酬激励存在的差异,进而能更全面的探讨基于全面薪酬的知识型员工的激励问题,也可以做到让我们在提出决策和决策的实施中更有实用性,避免重蹈覆辙。

Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, the development of economy thriving, not overnight, but the mention of economy, modern enterprises will play a decisive role. With the development of the economy, enterprises are change rapidly, a great leap from tradition to modernity, enterprise scale, nature, goal, strategy, management level has a new look. However, in modern enterprises, human resources management, human resources is the fundamental, the contemporary social competition is the competition of talents, especially in the era of knowledge economy, the knowledge type talents are the mainstay for enterprise’s development, to a certain extent, its development determines the future development of the enterprise, so, the research of knowledge type talents is self-evident.
Through the current compensation strategies of the knowledge type talents in the enterprise, how to put the enthusiasm and initiative of knowledge workers in an enterprise play more fully, how to retain talent and attract more existing external knowledge workers into the enterprise, is the problem that modern enterprise must consider and solve in order to long-term healthy development. In the first part, through the understanding of the meaning of the knowledge workers, based on the definition of knowledge workers of the previous definition of a good grasp of its connotation,
