摘 要 随着电网规模的快速持续增大，使得短路电流不断升高。目前国内电网从以省级电网为基础，逐步发展为大规模跨区互联电网，这就造成省级电网的不安全因素可能会危及跨区电网稳定运行。同时跨区互联电网输送功率和运行方式的变化又会影响到省级电网安全稳定运行。加之用电负荷增长速度飞快在今后相当长的一段时间内技术改造、电网建设和电源开发的速度很快电网方式以及安全稳定运行特性复杂多变，目前国内已有不少地区存在短路电流超标的问题，并且很多地区已经电网安全稳定运行严重影响，也成为了制约电网发展的重要因素。 本文在研究河北南部电网现状的基础上，对电网规划网架进行短路电流计算，研究短路电流超标的现象，找出电网的薄弱环节，分析短路电流持续增长的形成原因。基于各类短路电流限制手段，从全局优化的角度协调和控制短路电流水平寻找有效的短路电流限制措施。 本文还根据河北南网十二五期间规划，对未来河北南网500kV及220kV厂站短路水平进行全面计算与分析，分析短路电流形成的原因以及对电网的影响，同时分析特高压变电站落地河北南网后对短路电流的影响。为河北南网短路电流超标问题提供解决方案，保证河北南网、京津唐受端电网乃至特高压大电网的安全稳定运行。 关键词：短路计算；电网规划；限制措施；特高压电网 Abstract The short-circuit current rises rapidly, with the continue increasing of the grid. Currently large-scale trans-regional power grid based on the provincial power grid interconnection has caused insecurity in provincial power grid, this will endanger the security and stability of cross-interconnected grid; at the same time, the cross interconnected grid operation mode and the transmission power level changes also affect the stability of the provincial power grid. Coupled with the rapid load growth, the construction and transformation speed of power grid will be very quick, the grid operation mode and stability features will be complex in quite a long time. Recently, the exceeding of short-circuit current has seriously affected the safety and stability of the power grid in many areas, which also limited the development of the power grid. In this paper, At the foundation of researching the development and development plan in Hebei southern power grid, we calculated the short-circuit current of the power system planning grid, researched the trends and reasons of the increasing short-circuit current.Then we find the cost-effective short-circuit current restrictions in the perspective of global optimization to coordinate and control short-circuit current level, based on the principles and characteristics of current limiting measures.
