安徽工业大学 毕业设计(论文)任务书 课题名称 面粉生产过程控制系统设计 学 院 电气信息学院 专业班级 测控技术与仪器081 姓 名 李 赟 学 号 089064013 指导教师 张英杰 老师 2012 年 2 月 18 日至 2012 年 6 月 9 日共 16 周 指 导 教 师 签 字 系 主 任 签 字 院 长 签 字 摘要 面粉加工是食品生产的重要原料工业，是粮食生产向人类消费过渡的传统行业。由于种种原因，其生产过程的自动化远远落后于同期实现机械化生产的纺织业。进入九十年代以来，为了降低成本，提高产品质量，适应不断变化的市场经济，我国的大中型面粉厂相继进行了电气自动化系统的改造，PLC开始被广泛的应用于我国面粉行业。 可编程控制器（Programmable Controller）简称PLC,是一台有别于普通微机的专用计算机，它能直接在工业环境中应用，不需要专门的空调和恒温环境，它专为工业环境控制而设计制造，具有丰富的输入输出接口和较强的输出驱动能力。由于它具有很多优点，目前已被广泛应用于全世界工业生产的各个领域。本文先介绍了PLC系统的硬件组成、工作原理、软件编程等，并详细介绍了利用PLC控制技术实现面粉生产过程的自动控制。 关键词：自动控制系统，面粉生产，iFIX PLC ABSTRACT Flour processing is the important material industry of food producing, and the traditional industry of the transit of cereal producing to human consumption.For various reasons, the automation of its production processlags far behind the textile industry over the same period to achieve the mechanized production. Since the 1990s, in order to reduce costs, improve product quality and adapt to the changingmarket economy, Chinese large and medium-sized flour mills successively carried transformation of electrical automation system, the PLC began to be widely used in the flour industry of China. Programmable controller referred as PLC, is a dedicated computer different from ordinary computer, it can be directly applied in industrial environments without dedicated air conditioning and constant temperature environment. It has been designed for control of industrial environmental with rich input and output interface and strong output drive capability. It has so many advantages that it has been widely used in various areas of industrial production around the world. This paper introduces the hardware structure,working principles and software programming of the PLC system, and then describes how to take advantage of the technology of PLC to achieve the automatic control of the flour production process .
