苏州市离岸服务外包发展的优劣势分析.docVIP

摘 要 随着信息技术的发展，，服务变，服务外包便是如此。近年来服务外包发展服务外包对于提升服务竞争力、促进经济结构转型具有重要意义。从2006年开始，服务外包产业在中国得到了大力发展。同年，政府发起了“千百十工程”，出台了一系列的扶持政策，接着又确立了21个服务外包示范城市，并在税收等政策上面给予服务外包企业大力支持。苏州做为示范城市之一，在离岸服务外包的发展上取得不错的成绩，但是也碰到了诸多困难，如企业规模较小、业务涉及领域有限、复合型人才匮乏、品牌认知不足和信息数据安全无法保证等。因此，本文主张苏州离岸服务外包在政府政策支持下，扩大企业经营规模，同行业协会一起分析发展形势、政策，对信息数据严格保护，把企业自身特色品牌打响，将“中国服务”推销给世界各国的消费者。 关键词：苏州；离岸服务外包；优劣势；策略 ABSTRACTWith the rapid development of information technology , the gradual improvement of urban infrastructure , more and more services become commodities that can be traded , outsourcing is the case . In recent years, outsourcing is gradually permeate every country of the world, its industrial scale , scope of business is rapidly expanding , the development of service outsourcing service industry to upgrade their international competitiveness , and promote economic restructuring has important significance. Beginning in 2006 , the service outsourcing industry in China has been actively developed. In the same year , the government launched the ten thousands of projects , issued a series of supportive policies, then they established 21 service outsourcing demonstration cities, and in tax and other policies at the strong support given to service outsourcing enterprises . As one demonstration of Suzhou city , made ??in the development of offshore service outsourcing good results, but also encountered many difficulties , such as small -scale enterprises, business involves limited areas , lack of complex talent , lack of brand awareness and information data security can not be guaranteed and so on. Therefore, this paper advocates of offshore outsourcing in Suzhou government policy support, the expansion of business scale , together with the analysis of developments in the industry associations , policy, strict protection of information and data , the characteristics of their own brand started , the Chinese service to sell to consumers around the world .
