神经外科重症监护室患者家属的需求与质量改进 【摘要】目的：关注重症患者家属的身心健康是现在医学主要课题之一，本文针对神经外科患者分析在神经外科的重症监护室里患者家属的需求并提出改进建议和措施。方法：采取2013年上半年6个月内入住我院的神经外科重症患者的其中60名的患者家属作为常规组进行观察，是和以往的工作程序相同，三个月后观察患者家属的心理动态以及配合护士工作的程度和病人的恢复状况。其次采取2014年上半年6个月内入住我院的神经外科重症患者其中的60名患者家属作为改进组进行观察。通过不定期的问卷调查来了解患者家属的需求和心理健康状况作为依据提出改进措施。三个月后观察患者家属的心理动态和配合程度以及患者的恢复水平。这两组的患者家属均是神经外科重症患者家属包括脑血管疾病，颅脑肿瘤等病症，其家属身体健康无精神疾病和身体疾病，并成年和患者本人是直系亲属的关系包括其父母，爱人亲兄弟姐妹关系的人，并且其有一定文化程度，无语言障碍能够配合医护人员完成调查问卷。结论：采用问卷调查并且多和患者家属进行沟通多方面了解患者家属的内心真实需求，医护人员才能够找到一些改进措施，才能进一步提高患者家属积极配合的治疗的效果，同时患者家属和医护人员关系和谐，推进患者治疗进度，达到双赢的效果。 关键词：患者家属的需求 陪护人员 弊端和不足 质量改进措施 效果对比 结论 【 abstract 】 objective: to focus on the physical and mental health of severe patients families is one of the main topics now medicine, based on analysis of neurosurgery patients in neurosurgery icu patients families demand and put forward improvement Suggestions and measures.
