摘要 塑料挤出机简称挤出机（又名压出机），塑料挤出机也属于塑料机械的种类之一，塑料挤出机通常称之为主机，而与其配套的后续设备塑料挤出成型机则称为辅机。一般挤出机有五大部分组成：挤出部分、传动部分、机头、加热冷却系统、电气控制系统。挤出机用于生产PE管材。生产的管材具有耐热、耐老化、机械强度高、耐环境应力开裂性、抗蠕变性能好等优点，是城际间输送燃气和城市供水管道首选产品。 挤出机是塑料行业最基本的加工机械，挤出机依据机头料流方向以及螺杆中心线的夹角，可以将机头分成直角机头和斜角机头等。螺杆式挤出机的工作机理是依靠螺杆旋转所产生的压力及剪切力，能使得物料可以充分进行塑化以及均匀混合。带状塑料加入加料口后，在旋转螺杆的作用下，塑料被搓成团状沿螺杆槽滚动前进，因螺杆的剪切、压缩和搅拌作用塑料受到进一步的混炼和塑化，温度和压力逐步提高，呈现出粘流状态，以一定的压力和温度通过机头，最后得到所需的一定形状的半成品。 塑料挤出机可以基本分类为双螺杆挤出机，单螺杆挤出机以及不多见的多螺杆挤出机以及无螺杆挤出机。本设计首先介绍了螺杆挤出机的分类与发展前景等，其次为整体方案的确定部分，详细的介绍了本设计的选择依据，最后为整体设计部分，涉及到各参数的确定过程。运用AutoCAD绘制螺杆、中间轴和机架零件图；挤出机总体结构装配图。 关键词: 挤出机； 螺杆； 机头；中间轴； 机架  Abstract 塑料挤出机简称挤出机（又名压出机），塑料挤出机也属于塑料机械的种类之一，塑料挤出机通常称之为主机，而与其配套的后续设备塑料挤出成型机则称为辅机。一般挤出机有五大部分组成：挤出部分、传动部分、机头、加热冷却系统、电气控制系统。挤出机用于生产PE管材。生产的管材具有耐热、耐老化、机械强度高、耐环境应力开裂性、抗蠕变性能好等优点，是城际间输送燃气和城市供水管道首选产品。 Plastic extrusion machine called extruder (aka extruder), plastic extruder also belongs to one of the types of plastic machinery, plastic extruder is often referred to the as the host, and its support of the subsequent equipment, plastic extrusion molding machine is known as auxiliary machines.
