PAGE PAGE 3 浅谈企业经营中的信用建设 摘 要 现代市场经济是信用经济，信用在市场经济中越来越重要，信用是市场经济的灵魂。随着我国经济的不断发展，企业信用问题已越来越受到关注。企业信用问题制约着企业的发展，制约着企业的国际竞争力。因此，对我国企业的信用问题的研究、分析，找出企业经营过程中信用缺失的问题所在，并提出解决企业信用问题和信用建设的方法是目前的紧迫任务。 本文共分四部份，第一章主要对信用的概念、分类及在企业经营活动中的作用作介绍。第二章主要讲建设企业信用理论的依据及建设企业信用的现实意义，企业在经营过程中表现的信用体系，分析了企业信用建设的必要性和重要意义。第三章分析我国企业在经营中信用建设的现状，企业信用缺失的危害和我国企业信用缺失的原因分析。第四章提出解决我国企业信用建设的策略和方法。 关键词：企业信用 信用缺失 信用建设 Discussion on the enterprise management in the credit construction Abstracts Modern market economy is credit economy, credit is becoming more and more important in the market economy, credit is the soul of market economy. With the continuous development of our economy, enterprise credit problems have been more and more attention. Enterprise credit problems restricting the development of the enterprise, which restrict the international competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, research, analysis on the credit problem of enterprises in our country, where to find the lack of credit business process, and put forward a method to solve the credit problems of enterprise and the credit construction is the urgent task at present. This paper is divided into four parts, the first chapter, the concept of credit classification and role in the business activities are introduced. The second chapter is about the practical significance of the construction of enterprise credit theory and credit construction of the enterprise, the enterprise performance in the process of business credit system, and analyses the necessity and significance of enterprise credit construction. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of construction of enterprise credit in business, analysis of the causes of harm the lack of credit in enterprises and Chinese enterprises lack of credit. The fourth chapter puts forward the strategies and methods of credit construction of our country enterprise.
