This graduate design choices project of Lidujiayuan 3# residential building , the project total construction area 4849.28 ㎡, the building basement area for 420.51 ㎡,residential construction layer for 11 layers on the ground,underground, construction height is 32.8 meters.the structure of building is reinforced concrete frame stucture.According to the concrete Condition of the project, in the list valuation mode,compiled the project bidding price control file with the enterprice of software of shanxi province in 2009 and the corresponding consumption quot
