无锡蓝霆公司封装车间成品库存控制研究 摘要 本文主要研究了无锡蓝霆公司封装车间小型漆包线圈成品库存系统的问题。解决该问题有助于改善该公司库存过多的现状、控制该公司的缺货率、安排该公司生产任务使之有序运行，最终达到降低生产——库存系统成本的目的。 考虑库存数量、订货数量、订货时间,是库存管理要研究解决的问题。本文结合无锡蓝霆科技有限公司库存状况的实际问题，主要运用了变动性需求成品库存控制的相关理论和连续性盘点策略。通过对该产品历史数据的分析，用指数平滑法预测了下期的需求；用经济订货批量模型计算了订货批量；设置安全库存，对不确定因素进行事前控制；在以上基础上确定订货点。通过对订货点和订货量的确定，改善了该公司库存和生产状况，降低了公司的成本。 关键词：成品库存控制；变动性需求；连续性盘点；需求预测；安全库存 Inventory control for finish goods in Wuxi Lanting Corporation packaging workshop Abstract This paper mainly studies the finished goods inventory control system problems in Wuxi Lanting Corporation packaging workshop. Solve the problems can help to improve the companys present situation of too much inventory; Control of the companys stock rate which is too high or too low; Arrangements for the companys production tasks in an orderly manner. Ultimately reach the purpose of reducing production-inventory costs. Considering inventory quantity, the order quantity and the order of time is the problem that inventory management needs to be studied and solved. In this paper, we combined with the practical problems in Wuxi Lanting Corporation’s warehouse and mainly use variability demand in finished goods inventory control theory and (r, Q) strategy. Through the analysis of historical data of the product, we use Exponential Smoothing to forecast for the demand of next period; Through using EOQ model, we calculate the economic order quantity; we set the safety stock in order to control the risk of uncertain factors before they happen and on this basis determine the reorder point. We improve the companys inventory and production status and reduce the company’s cost by determining the order point and order quantity.
