库存管理毕业论文 摘要 相关统计数据显示，钢铁行业物流成本构成中，运输费用、库存成本、管理费用等支出比例较大，库存管理成本支出比例有逐渐上升的趋势。将库存控制在一个合理的水平，既可满足企业生产需要，又可降低库存管理成本，加大资金周转。因此，如何优化钢铁企业的库存管理水平降低成本，提升企业竞争力是钢铁企业当前亟待解决的问题。 本文通过对吉林建龙钢铁有限公司库存现状的分析，找出其库存管理所存在的问题，结合相关库存控制的理论知识，对其进行库存优化管理。其中，对于原材料库存所存在的问题，结合层次分析法（AHP）和模糊综合评价法对其供应商进行绩效评估，选择绩优供应商，并对供应商实施激励；对于辅助材料库存，首先对其进行需求预测，然后进行 ABC 分类，针对分类结果给出相应的库存优化策略；最后进行库优化方案的效果评价。 结果表明，库存管理系统的优化大大降低了企业的库存，使企业库存结构更合理，从而减少了库存占用资金，增加了流动资金；同时也避免了不能按时交货的风险，提高了顾客的满意度。 关键词：库存管理；需求预测；ABC 分类；经济订货批量；AHP 和模糊综合评价法 Abstract Relevant statistics show that the cost the steel industry whichthe costs of transportation storage costs and management fees andexpenses ratio stock control the costs of a gradually rising trend.Contorling the inventory in a reasonable level which can meet theproduction need of the enterprise can aslo reduce the cost ofinventory management and increase the capital flow. To optimize theinventory level of management enterprise reduce costs and improveenterprise competitiveness is a steel enterprises solve the problem. Through analyseing the inventory status of Jilin Jianlong ironand Steel company Limited the dissertation identifys the problem ofits inventory management combined with the theoretical knowledgeto optimize the inventory management For raw material inventorycombined with the analytic hierarchy process AHP and fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method I make a evaluation to choosebetter suppliers and give the implementation of incentive to thesuppliers For auxiliary material inventory first it carries on itsdemand forecast and then their ABC classification analysis is givenfor different types of management strategies Last The results show that the optimization of the inventorymanagement reduces the inventory of the enterprise make theinventory structure more reasonable thereby reduces the inventoryfinance and increases liquidity finance while it avoids the risk ofnot on time delivery and it improves satisfaction of customers.Key words: inventory management demand forecast ABCclas
