压 控 高 频 LC 振 荡 器 的 设 计 学生：xxx，物理与信息工程学院 指导老师：xxx，xx大学 摘 要 振荡器在现代科学技术领域中有着广泛的应用。例如：在无线电通信、广播、电视设备中用来产生所需要的载波和本机振荡信号；在电子测量仪器中用来产生各种频段的正弦信号。近年来，随着无线通信技术的飞速发展，使市场对射频集成电路产生了巨大的需求。所以设计高性能的压控振荡器对通信系统性能的提高具有十分重要的意义。 本文首先介绍了振荡器的理论知识，接着介绍了振荡器的分类，并比较了几种振荡器的优劣。重点介绍了LC压控振荡器的理论和设计实现方法。在本论文中完整的分析和介绍了一个具有宽调谐范围的电感电容压控振荡器的设计方法及流程。通过折衷考虑设计中相位噪声、功耗、调谐范围相互之间的关系，完成了整个设计，并对设计进行了仿真。本电压控制LC振荡器系统包括压控振荡器（VCO），高频功率放大器（RFAMP），单片机测频系统。本系统的VCO部分采用了大变化范围的变容二极管做振荡电容，频率调节范围宽，且能保持良好的线性度，振荡环路加入了防振措施，高次谐波能得到很好的抑制，输出的正弦波波形良好，纯度高，失真低，幅度高且稳定。本系统采用单片机控制，结果以数码管的形式显示。 关键词 LC压控振荡器；放大器；频率稳定度；单片机 Voltage control design of high frequency LC oscillators Student : xxx, physics and information engineering colleges Instructor : xx, Jianghan Abstract Oscillator has a wide range of applications in the field of modern science and technology, for example, in radio communication, radio and television equipment used to produce the desired carrier and the local oscillation signal; used to generate the sine of the various frequency bands in the electronic measuring instrumentssignal.
