Research on the Logistics Mode of Pharmaceutical Distribution Enterprises in Yunnan Province 　　Abstract. Pharmaceutical logistics is still a relatively new concept in Yunnan Province. Since 2009， with the new medical reform policy depth and refinement， Yunnan pharmaceutical logistics system put forward higher requirements. Firstly， in this paper， we analyze the current new medical reform policy and point out the development status of Yunnan pharmaceutical logistics distribution system under the new health care reform policy； secondly， we use comparative argumentation method to construct new medical reform policies fitting two pharmaceutical distribution systems； finally for problems in Yunnan pharmaceutical logistics system， we propose solutions. 　　Keywords： Pharmaceutical Logistics， Distribution Enterprises， Logistics Mode 　　1. Introduction 　　With the deepening of Chinas pharmaceutical management system reform， the state began to vigorously promote the restructuring of the pharmaceutical companies. Combination， merger and reorganization become the subject of reform of pharmaceutical companies， and pharmaceutical companies are developing to scale direction. However， just relying on a simple scale is not enough. Without adapting and fast secure logistics system as a guarantee， it is difficult to highlight the scale， but result in the opposite result. In such a situation， a new industry derived， combined logistics and medicine - pharmaceutical logistics industry. Establishing an efficient pharmaceutical logistics system development will become an important field of medical research industries， deepening the current pharmaceutical distribution system， and promoting the overall development of the pharmaceutical industry is important. 　　According to 2013-2017China Pharmaceutical Logistics Industry Deep Research Strategic Planning and Investment Analysis Report， by the end of 2013， in China there are more than 15，000 pharmaceutical logistics companies， but the ma
