The study of development of vocational education to promote new-age peasant workers employment   Abstract. New-age peasant workers comprehensive quality is the intrinsic factors that affect their employment, vigorously develop vocational education, strengthening of vocational education and skills training of the new-age peasant workers, efforts to improve the educational level and professional skills of the new-age peasant workers smooth employment new-age peasant workers. This paper analysis the role of vocational education of the new-age peasant workers employment based on the detailed investigation of new-age peasant workers employment situation and restriction factor, and proposed the specific initiatives to vigorously develop vocational education to promote new-age peasant workers employment. At first, the government plays a roleof overall coordination to build a long-term mechanism for new-age peasant workers vocational education. The second, play vocational education as the main channel to actively explore the new mode of the new-age peasant workers education and training. The third, play the main role of enterprise to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of new-age peasant workers vocational education.   Key words: Vocational Education, new-age peasant workers, employment.   The ways new-age peasant workers transfer employment reasonable and orderly are multifaceted, the most fundamental, the most long-term way is efforts to improve the overall quality of the rural population through the development of vocational education. Rural labor force in order to transfer to non-agricultural industries must meet the requirements of the non-farm sector in two aspects, the culture and education and production skills. So vocational education is the internal factors that new-age peasant workers transfer employment. It plays a decisive role in the successful employment new-age peasant workers[1].
