安徽工业大学 毕业设计(论文)任务书 课题名称 三相异步电机的PLC控制 学 院 继续教育学院 专业班级 电气工程及其自动化 姓 名 学 号 毕业设计(论文)的主要内容及要求： 1.毕业设计课题的具体工作内容（包括原始数据、技术要求、工作要求等） 阐述电动机的分类、发展状况及未来； 2.阐述电动机的工作原理； 3.阐述电动机保护机器装置； 4.PLC基础及三相异步电机的PLC控制。 指导教师签字： 摘 要 三相异步电动机的应用非常广泛，它具有机构简单、传动效率高、控制方便、运行可靠、易于维修、成本低的优点，几乎涵盖了工农业生产和人类生活的各个领域。本文主要介绍了三相异步电动机技术发展及现状、工作原理及对它的PLC控制，设计了2个三相异步电动机的PLC控制电路，分别是三相异步电动机的正反转控制和两台电动机顺序起动联锁控制。与传统的继电器控制相比，PLC控制具有控制速度快、可靠性高、灵活性强等优点。 本文还介绍了电动机的保护及装置，着重介绍了电动机的内部保护装置和外部保护装置两种。此外，本文在电动机的运行维护方面也作了深入的介绍和研究，为准确判断电机的故障提出了相应的处理方案，以保证电动机及传动设备的正常运行。　 关键词：三相异步电动机；工作原理；PLC控制电路；保护装置；故障处理  Abstract Three-phase asynchronous motor is widely used. It has simple mechanism, high transmission efficiency, convenient control, reliable operation, easy to repair, and low cost advantages, covering almost all areas of industrial and agricultural production and human life. This paper mainly introduces the three-phase asynchronous motor technology development and the status quo, working principle and the PLC control, design the two three-phase asynchronous motor and a PLC control circuit, respectively, the three-phase asynchronous motor positive inversion control and two motor sequence starting interlock control. Compared with the traditional relay control, PLC control has the advantages of high speed, high reliability, strong flexibility and so on. This paper also introduces the protection and the device of the motor, and emphatically introduces the internal protection device and the external protection device of the motor. In addition, this paper also makes a thorough introduction and Research on the operation and maintenance of the motor, and puts forward the corresponding treatment plan for the accurate judgment of the motor, so as to ensure the normal operation of the motor and the transmission equipment.
