丝绸之路经济带中兰州海关的定位与作为讲解.doc

内容摘要：“丝绸之路经济带”的建设是由习近平总书记在2013年底提出的“一带一路”国家战略构想的一部分。毫无疑问，这个战略构想的实施为我国新一轮对外开放特别是西北地区对外开往注入了极大的活力。甘肃作为“丝绸之路经济带”建设的黄金段，推动甘肃地区对外经贸，国际物流等行业的发展就显得尤为重要。在这之中，兰州海关扮演着非常重要的角色，作为甘肃对外开放的窗口，这要求兰州海关定位于服务现有外贸企业、承接产业转移和提供对外贸易统计分析；并在未来发展中建设国际物流平台和通道、加强对外贸易平台建设。进一步提出兰州海关在新丝绸之路建设中的可行性建议和举措。 关键词：丝绸之路经济带；兰州海关；定位；发展 Abstract: The Silk Road Economic Zone is the part of the national strategic vision -- The Belt and Road proposed by general secretary Xi Jinping at the end of 2013. There is no doubt that the implementation of this strategic concept inject a great vitality for a new round of opening to the outside world, especially in the northwest region. Gansu Province as the golden section of the new Silk Road Economic Zone, its particularly important to promote foreign trade and the development of international logistics and other industries in Gansu. In the midst of this, Lanzhou customs plays a very important role. As the window of opening to the outside world in Gansu, it requires Lanzhou customs to position service to current foreign trade enterprises, undertake industrial transfer and provide external trade analysis. And in the future development, Lanzhou customs needs to construct the international logistics platform and channel and strengthen the construction of foreign trade platform. At the same time, Suggestions and measures for the construction of the new Silk Road are put forward in Lanzhou customs.
