自走式大蒜收获机设计 摘要 近年来大蒜作为主要农作物之一 为此，结合已有的大蒜收获机结构，研发了一种新型的自走式手扶大蒜收获机。该机包含大蒜的扶苗杆、切茎刀具、挖掘铲、运输链条、收集网袋等机械装置。先采用高速旋转刀具对大蒜进行切径，并用扶苗杆对大蒜苗进行一个简单的扶持以便于去除蒜秧。然后利用平面三角挖掘铲挖起大蒜，通过运输链条实现大蒜与土壤的分离，最后将大蒜收集到机器收集框的网袋里面。设计在上面的柴油机能提供充足的动力，运用二级减速箱减速，保证整个过程的行走速度在合理范围内。并结合摩擦离合器，来控制大蒜收获机的启动和停止。 关键词：手扶大蒜收获机;平面三角挖掘铲; 大蒜与土壤的分离;减速箱 Design of self-propelled?garlic harvester Abstract In recent years, everybody attach importance to the development of agriculture, including how to carry out the garlic harvest mechanization, and garlic is one of the main plant of agricultural in our country, It is in the position in agriculture is very important, and garlic economy is more and more useful, So people are concerned about garlic mechanized harvest. Traditional artificial way of garlic harvest is digging, garlic harvesting and ripping, shipment, artificial results will be very tired, the efficiency is not high, the situation of the loss of garlic is very serious. And since the harvest of garlic is very seasonal, require short time of the harvesting, so the garlic mechanized harvesting is particularly important. Therefore, It combined the garlic harvester has a structure, the design of a new type of self-propelled walking harvester for garlic. The machine of machinery including clamping garlic seedlings tool rod ，the knife cut the seedling of garlic ，digging shovel，transportation chain，collecting bag ，etc. First of all, the use of high speed rotary tool cutting diameter of garlic, and the tool rod clamp the seedlings of garlic to remove it easily. Then garlic is digging up by Triangle-flat-shovel, garlic and soil be separated by the transport chain, the garlic is collecting mesh the bag of collection box. Design on the diesel engine provides ample power, using gear box reducer to slow the rotation speed, ensure the whole process of the walking speed in a reasonable range, and combined with the friction-clutch control start and stop of the garlic harvester.
