Abstract
Business units to develop internal control system purpose is to ensure the normal operation of the organization of economic activity, to protect the security of corporate assets, complete and effective use to improve the accuracy and reliability of economic accounting, promotion and assessment of business units, principles and policies the implementation, economic evaluation of the enterprise, improve enterprise management level.
Retail business is recognized as the worlds faster growing industries, with different age retail environment changes all the time, so the retail enterprise internal control quality is related to the ability of the business key to good development. Large supermarket chains over a broad area because of the characteristics of its internal control is very important! With the continuous development of economic construction, retail companies have internal controls to adjust the Times, including format, commodity structure, organization, and so on. Only in a changing constantly improve the internal control mechanisms, in order to continue the development of retail, otherwise only be overturned waves of market competition.
In this paper, starting from the basic theory of internal control, to Mart supermarket internal failure of the case, from the internal management of the organization, personnel, operational control of the three aspects of internal control status of Mart are described and analyzed, and how the problems raised sound advice and countermeasures.
