中国地质大学江城学院 教学实习报告 ABSTRACT Internship is one of the most important steps in the lie of college student .While the professional internship is much more important than the ordinary internship ,it is the foundation of workplace after graduation .Therefore ,the experience of internship is indispensable for college student .A good internship can not only reinforce one’s knowledge ,but also adapt the social life and working life in advance . From January 6 to March 26 in 2014，I started a one-month professional internship in Wuhan Yuan Pei Education,LTD.It is a professional translating company ,and it need several translators as part-time translators .As an English major ,it is a precious chance to me . This paper first introduce the purpose of the internship .Next, it gives a brief introduction about the workplace and the post .Then , it detailedly irritates the content and process of internship .At last ,the paper sums up the internship and demonstrates the realization . This internship is a real meaningful experience in my college experience, it is a great challenge to my professional capacity and social capacity .After three months’internship as a teacher assistant, I learned so much .Also ,I had met some excellent translators .they are good model to me ,they encouraged me to work harder .A journey of one thousand miles begins with one step . Key word: professional internship student teacher purpose challenge knowledge 关于在武汉元培教育咨询有限公司从事英语助教的 教学实习 经过四年大学生活的洗礼，不知不觉我已成长为日渐成熟的大学生。又到了暑假，不禁感叹时间的流逝之快。经过大二暑期实践的磨练，我衷心的把这次实践当成一个能磨砺自身，接触社会的良好契机，并期望自己可以通过这次机会可以正确的认识自己，定位自身，发现自己的不足再加以改正。 按照以往的惯例，所有专业的学生都必须进行教学实习。但是跟以往不同的是，这次我们是教学实习，考虑到我们马上迈进大四，即将面临就业问题，因此要提前寻找与自己专业相关的岗位进行实习。我左思右想，该干点什么呢？说实话，我们这个专业确实够纠结的，英法双语，要说去做外贸吧，一点外贸知识都不懂，去做翻译吧，能力也不够，毕竟又不像翻译专业的是专供翻译的。后来我在前程无忧网上看到了武汉元培教育咨询有限公司的招聘信息，于是我应聘了代班班主任兼英语老师的职位。幸运的是，公司给了我面试的机会，更幸运的是，我也被录取了。从初试、复试、培训、听课再到正式授课，我经历了从student到student teacher 再到teacher的成长过程。 想着接下来的三个月里要真正的作为一名老师任教，而且还要试着管理班级，心理不由得紧张了起来，还好在我实习的过程中，有很多人
