Human?resource include enterprise human resource strategy, employee recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, salary administration, flow management staff and employee relation management. With the speed development of Chinas economy, SMEs have become an important part of the national economy, while important reason to limit the development of SMEs is the lack of talent, so this article is a combination of Chinas current economic development situation, the use of knowledge of human resources, on the basis of summing up the survey data, reference and comparison of domestic, outside the existing research results, according to certain basic principles, analysis of the status of SME human resource management, to identify SME human resource management exist the problem, analyze the cause of these problems, the causes and possible adverse consequences, and propose some feasible suggestions put forward some suggestions for the development of SME human resource management and long-term development of the SMEs.
