The happened thrombosis will impact the patient’s quality of life and survival. This paper reviews the pathogenetic mechanism of the thrombosis related to cancer, association between cancer and thrombosis, prevention and treatment of thrombosis and the antineoplastic effect of anticoagulants, and so on.
