鼻内镜下难治性鼻出血的微创治疗 【摘要】 探讨鼻内镜下难治性鼻出血的微创治疗方法。方法:对28例难治性鼻出血患者行鼻内镜检查，以电凝止血结合可吸收材料微创填塞鼻腔治疗。结果:26例一次治愈，1例行二次治疗痊愈，1例经保守治疗痊愈。结论:难治性鼻出血的常见出血部位以嗅裂区和下鼻道后端多见，鼻内镜检查可准确定位出血点，从而有针对性地进行止血治疗，是一种微创而有效的治疗方法。 【关键词】 鼻出血 内窥镜检查 ［ABSTRACT］ Objective： To explore the effects of endoscopic treatment for refractory nasal bleeding.
