表现为孤立结节的肺癌的CT诊断 【摘要】 目的：探讨以孤立结节为表现的周围型小肺癌的CT诊断。方法：回顾性分析28例经手术病理证实的周围型小肺癌的CT表现。结果：28例周围型小肺癌的主要CT表现：全部为孤立结节，25例有分叶征、21例边缘毛糙、13例有空泡征和(或)细支气管充气征、15例有血管集束征、20例有胸膜凹陷征、5例有病灶胸膜侧模糊影。结论：CT特别是增强扫描对孤立结节性小肺癌有诊断价值。 【关键词】 孤立结节；肺癌；体层摄影术；X线计算机 　　CT Diagnosis of Lung Cancer with the Appearance of Solitary Pulmonary Nodule 　　Absract： Objective To study the CT diagnosis of small peripheral lung cancer with the appearance of solitary pulmonary nodule.
