胆固醇结石与载脂蛋白B基因多态性的关系 　　【摘要】　目的　探讨胆固醇结石病与载脂蛋白(Apo)B基因多态性的关系。方法　选择载脂蛋白B基因多态位点XbaⅠ、EcoRⅠ应用聚合酶链反应和限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术对101例胆固醇结石病人和50例对照者进行研究。结果　胆固醇结石组X+等位基因频率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)，具有X+等位基因者其血脂总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)及ApoB水平显著高于非X+者(P＜0.01)；胆固醇结石组和对照组在EcoRⅠ等位基因频率和血脂水平方面差异均无显著性(P＞0.05)。结论　X+等位基因可能是胆固醇结石的易感基因。 　　Relationship between polymorphisms of the apolipoprotein B gene and cholesterol gallstone disease 　　【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between the apolipoprotein (Apo)B gene polymorphic sites Xbal, EcoRI and cholesterol gallsto
