工业企业管理 技术创新与企业竞争力的关系姓 名：学 号：指导教师：学 院：专 业：完成日期：摘 要当今市场经济中，如何增强企业的核心竞争力已经成为企业面临市场考验的重要问题，要想在这生死搏斗中站住脚，生存和发展下去，技术创新将成为提高企业核心竞争能力的关键。但是目前，提高技术创新能力依然存在许多困惑和难点，传统观念的限制；资金投入的不足；市场变化快；管理人才紧缺都成为限制因素。那么面对当今竞争激烈的国内外市场，我们通过要增强企业的创新意识增强RD经费投入，以及结合市场和培养人才的途径来解决。本文以技术经济范式研究技术创新的理论为基础，首先对已有的技术创新理论作一综述，然后深入到企业层面，分析企业技术创新对企业竞争力的影响，并进一步针对运用技术创新如何培育企业核心竞争力的问题做一详细的探讨和分析。 关键词： 技术创新；企业；核心竞争力AbstractTodays market economy, how to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises has become an important issue facing the enterprise market test, in order to establish themselves in this life and death struggle, the survival and development continues, technological innovation will become the core competitiveness of enterprises to improve the key.
