咳喘散背腧穴热疗结合知信行健康教育模式干预对COPD稳定期患者生活质量的影响【摘要】目的：探讨COPD稳定期患者采用咳喘散背腧穴热疗结合知信行健康教育模式干预对生活质量的影响。方法：选取COPD稳定期患者100例，均为我院呼吸内科2014年5月至2015年5月收治，采用随机数字表抽取法分组，就常规医护（对照组，n=50）与咳喘散背腧穴热疗结合知信行健康教育模式干预（观察组，n=50）对生活质量影响展开对比。结果：治疗前两组中医症候评分、自我效能感评分、生活质量评分均无差异（P0.05），治疗后均有程度不等的改善，但观察组各项指标改善幅度均优于对照组（P0.05）。结论：针对临床收治的COPD稳定期患者，采用咳喘散背腧穴热疗结合知信行健康教育模式干预可促症状消除，提升自我效能感，促生活质量改善，对保障远期预后意义显著。【关键词】咳喘散背腧穴热疗；知信行健康教育模式；COPD稳定期；生活质量Cough powder shu-back point of hyperthermia combined with KAP health education intervention on the quality of life in patients with COPD in stable phase[Abstract] Objective: To investigate stable COPD patients with cough powder shu-back point of hyperthermia combined with KAP health education intervention on quality of life influence. Methods: A total of 100 cases of patients with COPD in stable phase were treated in respiratory department of our hospital in May 2014 to may2015, the patients were divided into two groups by random number table extraction method, the quality of life was compared between usual care (control group, n = 50) and cough powder shu-back point of hyperthermia combined with KAP health education intervention (observation group, n = 50) . Results: Before treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score, self efficacy score, quality of life score of two groups were no difference (P0.05), but the quality of life of the two groups were improved after treatment, the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P0.05).
