This paper expounds the basic knowledge of project schedule management. This thesis regards Pre twisted type hardware development project for CY Company as a research object. Firstly, the project is broken down into several relatively independent processes with clear logical relationship with the work breakdown structure (WBS) technique. Secondly, according to the logical relationship and the project budget, the paper decomposes the project duration and expenditure, and draws up the initial project schedule.
